Private Bookings of the Club
Members ONLY
O.C.N.V.A. members must fill out a “Special Occasion Request for Use of Facilities” form describing the event. The forms are available from the office or a bartender on duty.
If approved, you MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE for the ENTIRE EVENT. All guests must leave before or when you do.
You must pay a set donation for the use of the club, payable at the time of booking.
Note: Our facilities are always open to our membership during regular business hours. If you wish to have a “private function you will have to book your event on a Sunday.
➢ NO OUTSIDE CATERERS ALLOWED.
- A 50% deposit of food booked is required at the time of booking for the number of guests booked.
- Entertainment: You are financially responsible for any entertainment you wish to hire.
- Any person under suspension from Club privileges MAY NOT enter the premises or be signed in as a guest for special occasions.
- OCNVA Dress Code: MAKE SURE YOU & YOUR GUESTS FOLLOW OUR DRESS CODE.
