Executive Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month.

Except December: The Executive meeting date can change due to the date of Christmas.

General Meetings are held the last Wednesday of the month.

Except December: The General meeting date can change due to the date of Christmas.

Due to summer holidays there are NO General Meetings in July or August.

All meeting are subject to change or cancellation.
