Grounds

 

1. Shall be responsible for the general maintenance of the grounds and its facilities.

2. Shall arrange with contractors for:

   1. Snow removal.

   2. Grass cutting.

   3. Maintenance of pond area as required.

3. Shall be informed of and in charge of all outside activities and events.

4. Shall organize work parties for general clean-up as required.

5. Major maintenance projects require executive approval.

6. Sealed bids from outside contractors are to be reviewed only by the Executive.
